  Making an Appointment

The JAC is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Appointments are available between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m., M-F. When you reach the main menu, press "3" and a staff member will speak to you to determine if an appointment is appropriate. If staff are involved with other clients, leave a message and they will return your call as soon as possible.

NOTE: One or both parents/guardians MUST accompany the youth to the appointment.

 
If your child is
brought to the JAC by a law
enforcement officer the procedures are different.

ALLOW APPROXIMATELY TWO HOURS FOR THE APPOINTMENT.

If you schedule an appointment, you will be asked to provide:

  • Contact information, including address, phone number, etc.
  • Background information about youth
    (age, birthdate, height/weight, social security, etc.)
  • Referral source
    (how you and/or youth heard about us)
  • Background on youth's situation
